The Credibly Green delivery team from FRM worked with The Donkey Sanctuary, a global donkey welfare charity with 15 UK sites to develop a suite of sustainability packages to improve the environmental outputs of the organisation. This included the development of their core sustainability strategy, environmental position statement, carbon footprint and carbon modelling template for annual updates. The team also provided a costed programme of change to ensure that any changes were cost effective for this multi-site, international charity.
